Renewal Offerings

A.C. Lewis Management offers many different incentives to residents for lease renewal. These offerings go along with our company approach of concentrating on the clients we have first, before outside prospects. The improvements offered not only give the resident a reason to renew, but also makes the unit more valuable in the future. Renewal incentives include: ice maker, ceiling fans, light fixture upgrade and carpet cleaning. If they are a long-time resident, incentives are more substantial and include: carpet replacement, ceramic tile, counter top replacement, bathroom vanity and faucet/shower upgrades. These incentives help ensure the resident stays for more years to come and increases the market value of the unit in the future. All of these offerings are very specific, however, A.C. Lewis Management will always listen to the needs of residents and would be willing to offer a resident request as a lease renewal offering.
